Shipping and Handling
I intend to ship your order as
soon as I receive it. On special orders, please allow time for the item to be made.
I ship through USPS for small
items, and UPS Ground for large items. (Afghans & Throws)
Shipping costs all depend on where the item is
going to.(Zip Code) Orders that are multiple, can either be shipped per item or all together. That is left up
to the customer.

Returns
We believe in customer satisfaction and will
do everything we can to make sure our customers are satisfied with our handmade products. Every item is handmade which makes
it unique, and no two items will be exactly alike.
All items are quality controlled before
being shipped. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refunds. If you have an item that you wish to exchange for another
of equal value or same design you have 30 days in which to do so. You will be responsible for shipping charges.
Every item will include washing instructions. Please follow them carefully or you might
end up with a big ball of yarn. This we will not replace.
